Common Questions
We provide detailed information to help you make informed decisions, but we don't make direct recommendations. Our reviews explain what each provider offers, their qualification status, pricing structure, and service standards. The best choice depends on your specific requirements, location, and priorities.
We collect feedback about service quality changes to inform our reviews. However, we're not a complaint handling service or regulator. For immediate issues with work carried out, you should first contact the service provider directly using their complaint procedure. For unresolved disputes, contact their trade association or, if applicable, relevant regulatory bodies.
Our coverage prioritises areas with higher population density and sufficient service provider availability. We gradually expand into new regions based on user demand and research capacity. If your area isn't currently covered, contact us to register interest. Areas with multiple requests are prioritised for future expansion.
Our office primarily houses our research team and doesn't operate as a drop-in service. For detailed discussions or complex enquiries, we can arrange meetings by appointment. Please contact us by email first to explain your requirements and schedule a suitable time.
We license our research data to academic institutions, market research firms, and industry analysts. Data licensing enquiries should be sent to our research email address with details of your intended use, required data categories, and geographical scope. We'll respond with licensing terms and pricing information.
While our primary focus is independent research and review publication, we occasionally provide consultation on service provider assessment methodologies or household services market analysis. Contact us with details of your requirements, and we'll let you know whether we can assist.
